Automatic machine with electrical adjustments
MITEC-T 500 series is the most complete of all, it allows electrical control in most of the procedures. Overlaps: The fabric stop edge is part of the upper assembly. Pocket / hem: Stop edges and pocket settings with electrical adjustments. Tunnel: The stop edge works from the top with electrical adjustment and makes this procedure possible.
STANDARD FEATURES:

- Welding width available: 6, 8, 10, 12, 19, 24 millimeters (1/4", 1/3", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4" or 1").

Included tools:
- Magnets (2 units per meter of machine length).
- Feet and inch dimensions are approximate conversions from the metric system. Power cable and air supply are required but not included.
- Rear guide: Automated rear edge.
- Secure pneumatic control valve: In compliance with current machine safety regulations, all power supplies—both electrical and pneumatic—must be cut off when an emergency stop (E-STOP) or other safety element is activated. The machine is equipped with a safe pneumatic control valve that ensures this function is carried out reliably.
- Quick-change welder system: Access for making the change is easy. A clamp system also simplifies the process. A specific procedure must be followed, which is explained in the manual. The change requires two people with maintenance experience, some tools, and adjustments and tests after completion.
- Flexible welder range: For working with different welders widths it is not necessary to change the transformer (this could change a little the effective welding power (Kw/cm^2)).
- Built for Safety & Compliance: Machines adhere to CE safety standards, ensuring reliability and operator protection. Machines over 6 meters include a central assembly for added structural strength.
- Tape roll holder (for non-thermowelded fabrics) (available in 10, 20, 25 mm).
